No Problem Mr.Melle.

No problem Mr. Melle. I am glad that you listened to me.

Say hey to your very corrrupt Attorney General and your Governor for
me. You now have some of the very same emails that they had had for
quite sometime before Bernie Madoff pled guilty.

I also served them both and many other public officials and lawyer in
New Hampshire hard copy of my material beginning way back in 2003 and
2004. They have all continued to fail to uphold the law and their
oaths of office etc ever since.

One day maybe with Lady Luck on my side I will manage to hold them
accountable in a court of law that understands the meaning of the term
public corruption.

In the "mean" time be careful sir.

You are in a pit of snakes that
will do their worst and ignore the law and your

right to justice in
order to make you stop defending your rights

under the US Constitution
so that you cannot embarrass them out of public

Offices and off the
gravy train.

Please allow me to introduce to two Canadians you are in the same fix
as you. Both of these men hate me and have stabbed me in the back for
no other reason than political gain.

That said their rights as
citizens in a purportedly

"Just" Democracy are nevertheless offended
whether they hate me or not. At least I admit they exist and there
concerns about public corruption are legit. In return these nasty
little bastards are too chicken to even admit publicly that I exist
other than to have their friends attack me.

This is the nasty French man Chucky Leblanc

http://charlesotherpersonality.blogspot.com/2008/07/david-amos-picked-up-by-rcmp.html

And this is the sneaky Newfy Byron Prior

http://www.scribd.com/doc/6388285/Newfys

http://www.scribd.com/doc/3000115/Byron-Prior-judgement

I can introduce you to a few others that have had similar concerns’
about the rampant public corruption that I have crossed paths with as
well on the Internet over the years but they can do nothing for you
because they are already in jail or prison.

Please check the work of Byron Prior and chucky Leblanc and that of
mine as well for your benefit Mr Melle as well as that of my children
stuck in th USA without me to defend them.

David Amos the pedophile has cracked. David Raymond Amos has NOT been banned from the Alberta Legislature, as I have checked. I challenge Mr. Amos to provide documentation authenticating his claims of been banned from any legislative assembly in Canada save than the New Brunswick Legislature.

Davis Amos has outstanding US arrest warrants but he is on NO UN watch-list nor the no-fly list.

Do ya think your bloggger buddy the dumb bastard Barry Baby Winters even knows how to read his own words??? What make Alberta any better than New Brunswick i am banished from EVERY Legislative Assembly in Canada including the House of commons and air travel as well. All thecops and parliamentarians know I have no criminal record whatsoeverand the dumb Fed knows it.

Hell Barry Baby has boasted about it inother blogs as he falsely claims that I am a pedophile etc..If therewas ever a walking talking oxymoron it is this far western wackoHarper's. the liberal in Fat Fred city can never say that I didn'twarn them what was comming before the CONSERVATIVE Tanker Malleybanished Chucky two years after his cohorts Bev Harrison, Danny BoyBusssieres and the Fat Fred City Finest illegally banished mean old meand you teased me about it for years until it happenedd to you. N'esyPas Chucky Baby?

Would someone please like to tell me what this e mail to me from Crazy Dave actually says? No one here "sings the praises" of Charles LeBlanc. He is NOT a journalist. He is but a semi-literate, unbalanced ersatz activist with a computer blog.

But I do defend his right to blog, David. Anywho someone explain this shit:

While watching the nonsense unfold in "The Place To BE" while my Clan suffered the trials of Job I just shook my head and tortured thepoliticians, Chucky and his nasty blogger buddies as best I could inand ethical fashion from afar. I did no harm to anyone whatsoever as Istressed tested their integrity on a daily basis. I left you out ofthe fray Mr Feenstra because you also kept you name out of Chucky;'snonsense .

However now that CBC is singing Chucky's praises and youopted to waltz into the limelight and the wacko Barry Winters begansinging your praises today, I said to myself enough BULLSHIT is enoughpreacher. It is time for me to try to bust you in front of your biblepoundingFake Left friends in Fat Fred City and elsewhere as well. Perhapsthen you will consider telling the truth, the whole truth and nothingbut the truth about what yu know to be true instead of leaving thingsout for your on advange. You yip about the homeless but do not careabout my homelessness as youyr cop buddies harass me constantly inorder to try to cover up their many wongs EH? Is it because I am not aChristian and to crude and rude to have human, civil and leal rightslike the biblepaounding little you?

I figured a good place to start my inqusition of you was from whenceyou came in 2004. It appears to me that while I was raising a a littleHell during the election of the 38th Parliament and afterwards in "ThePlace To BE" you were doing the same in BC So I called David Dawesdude to ask about his take on you. After we came to an understandingthat we may have went to High School together in I could tell in aheartbeat that he did not want to know me anymore. It seems that likeyou and everybody else Dawes did not give a damn about my concernsabout the severe lack of integrity and rampant apathy everywhere inthe this wonderful old world if talk of it would spoil his day.

So I let him go about his busy day publishing his take on the world and resorted to my style of emailing my concerns after attempting tointroduce myself to someone who obviously didn't want to know meany way. I have not doubt most of you dudes will merely just pressurize. Trust that I truly don't care that you dudes are too dumb toread and address what will be proprerly recorded published about you someday. The Irvings, CBC and Chucky Leblanc ain't the only dudes in the Maritimes who know how to blog or my name ain't "Just Dave"Veritas VincitDavid Raymond Amos

investigate complaints against this criminal organization, has met with roadblocks? why

The RCMP IS ANSWERABLE TO NOBODY ... NOT EVEN THE MAN DESIGNATED TO INVESTIGATE COMPLAINTS AGAINST CANADA'S GESTAPO.

IN a CBC news story it was learned that Paul Kennedy, the man designated to investigate complaints against this criminal organization, has met with roadblocks and non compliance by the RCMP when he attempts to do his job.

And Herr Harper's "government" has not provided enough funding for Kennedy to carry out his mandate.

This at the present time would be premature. We are not yet ready for such a crisis.
Capital must protect itself in every possible manner through combination (conspiracy) and legislation.

The courts must be called to our aid, debts must be collected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible. When, through the process of law, the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and easily governed through the influence of the strong arm of the government applied to a central power of imperial wealth under the control of the leading financiers.People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders.

History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principal men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world.

While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism.

The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican Party.

By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd.

Thus, by discrete actions, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.

Deputy Ministers and bureaucrats who wield the real power.

Too bad so sad that you dudes don't have the balls to have a name EH?
You freely offer unsolicited advice to others about how to handle
their legal affairs and trouble with the RCMP etc. However what good
is it if such advice comes from a whimp who is not willing to stand
behind his own words with a name either in his emails or blog? To put
it bluntly you dudes are merely a worthless farts in cyberspace
without a true ID. If you are all that clever and ethical why not run
for public office and save all our poor souls? I did so four time thus
far but to no avail other than ridicule from such ools as Kyrstal and
the his cohorts in the RCMP and the CBC etc. Oh yea I forgot to run
for public office you must have a name to put on the ballot.

That said I do agree with nearly every word you dudes opted to publish
in a fine but very chickenshit fashion.

I agree furthermore Andy Baby is more than mere idiot as he claims. He
is one nasty fucking arsehole in my humble opinion. But what do i know
I am am just another pissed off Maritimer and Andy Baby is the know it
all Upper Canadian who is A HERO IN HIS OWN MIND and the great I AM

hope you haven't given up the fight. I may be able to help and then,
again, maybe not. You might want to take a look at this site

http://deepthroatcove.blogspot.com/

this is one of many I've either made contributions to or written for
... ALWAYS in anonymity. The reasons why I do it this way should be
obvious to you ... you're experiencing them. The other reason is these

they cannot hit a target they can't see ... and no one here is showing
themselves.

I do have a comment on your site that you might take as constructive.
I found in reading it that you ( the royal YOU, in this instance) talk
around and around whatever it was that caused you to be wronged but
you don't come right out and nail it. The other thing you could or
should do is put documentation up to support whatever the slime has
done to you. Maybe you can get them really pissed off at you again. In
the meantime, look for what used to be a Radio Shack store near you
and pick up a telephone jack interface that allows you to begin
recording all of your phone calls as soon as you pick up the
receiver. That way, if they ever do call you again, you'll have a nice
clear recording of that person's voice to put up on the 'Net as a
downloadable MP3 file and the person's voice will be recognized by
someone ... not to mention that it is illegal to threaten anyone ...
therefore, you should be able to generate media pressure and public
opinion to make the RCMP get off their arses and investigate. Whoever
had the brains to put your site together can put an audio file up for
you.

The dirt in Nova Scotia is very basically this, NONE of the political
parties are any good and the same can be said for the majority of
politicians. Everyone in this province who knows that fact or is
beginning to accept it, should cease to vote, chase any politician
campaigning away from your door and tell them to shove their brochures
where the sun don't shine. Don't support any party with your time or
your MONEY.

Also, go tell everyone who will listen to do the same thing. Tell them
to take a look at our site. There are enough people in the province
who have been screwed by one government or another, that, if they ALL
got together, things could change ... but we all have to work to that
end.

Judge David Russell

Douglas Caldwell QC<,lawyer N.S.

I have passed your message on to Goodwin and must leave it to him to supply
me with the answers.

-----Original Message-----
From: Tucker [mailto:rtucker@attcanada.net]
Sent: February 4, 2000 12:04 PM
To: Doug Caldwell
Cc: John B.D. Logan
Subject: RICHARD HARRIS ADDRESS

Ref: E-mail from Elizabeth with copy of Letter to Mr. Goodwin dated 03 Feb
2000.

I phoned Mr. Harris and advised him of the contents. I have printed a copy
for him to pick up at my office next time he is here. Mr. Harris just
changed his mailing address yesterday. He currently resides in some hotel
in Fredericton. You can contact me if you have any urgent matters to
discuss or correspondence to send to him.

As predicted he is not happy with the contents. We know Mr. Goodwin would
wait for the $9,000.00 ballance. Mr. Caldwell does not defend Mr. Harris by
complaining about the balance of fees over the $30,000.00. I guess this
would be a bad time to do this, however, Mr. Harris would like to know if
this may happen down the road when a final report is completed and accepted.

Now Mr. Goodwin attended the meeting Friday. Will Mr. Goodwin be billing
Mr. Harris for this meeting? I know his contract states " he will bill
extra for meetings with clients solicitors", however, this was dealing
primary with the changes to the draft and all of the meeting dealt with this
subject.

Then there is the future billings for changes to this draft. Mr. Goodwin
was not impressed with the fact that he has to (in reality) do the report
over. Is he going to bill another $70,000.00 for future work. Mr. Harris
needs to know this today. This is Mr. Harris's request.

Then there is my helping him put in a new updated more accurate set of
figures for house building. I have not started this as of yet, however, I
have most of the fact to do this.

I will need all the documents that Mr. Goodwin has in his office related to
this case. I have been instructed by Mr. Harris today to ask Mr. Caldwell
to contact Mr. Goodwin and confirm when these documents will be ready for
pick up. I can not operate with one hand tied behind my back. I have
stripped Mr. Harris's files and hold most of it in my office, however, a lot
of information Mr. Harris has is in the possession of Mr. Goodwin. Could I
get a confirmation back that these documents will be put into a box and
ready for pick up at Mr. Goodwins office in Moncton. We will come to
Moncton as soon as they are available for pick up.

This is all subject to confirmation that Mr. Logan and Mr. Goodwin are still
in favour of me working with them and Mr. Harris, considering the contents
of the last e-mail I sent them. If you have any comments about the contents
let her rip. I told you before I have been known to be wrong before.

Couple of quick comments about Mr. Goodwins report:

Forget about the Aerial Electrical figures it was all recaped anyway. Only
problem with this is on page 140. He did charge 5% and 20% on the $3,581.46
figure. This is wrong for him to do this because he did not do it on page
144.

Page 126 ESTIMATE OF RESIDENTIAL LOT VALUE. This should read RESIDUAL LOT
VALUE. I do not want to explain how much confusion this caused me as a
layman trying to understand this section. I just realized this was all for
residual lot Value.

I will be sending more e-mail subject to your approval, regarding the "House
Building" estimates but would like a reply to this e-mail first.

Could you both give me your schedules for this week. If your both out of
town no point in me sitting here wondering where answers are if you not
available to answer them. That way I can be doing something else more
constructive than listening to Mr. Harris bitch about not getting a reply
instantly.

My e-mail was not meant to be ignorant to you both but rather to help you
understand that I need to ask a question get an answer and move on to
another subject. This is not a case of me not knowing the case or the act
but rather moving ahead through the hurdles as necessary.

Nuclear waste in N.B.??unacceptable.

Editorial in today's Times & Transcript:

Nuclear waste in N.B. unacceptable
Times & Transcript, Published Friday May 8th, 2009
http://timestranscript.canadaeast.com/search/article/660903

Premier Shawn Graham, Energy Minister Jack Keir and every other politician
of whatever stripe in New Brunswick need to be told and to clearly
understand that New Brunswickers do not want and will not accept a national
nuclear waste dump in this province no matter how deep underground, how
many jobs it creates or how many glib assurances are given about its safety.

Premier Graham has refused to just say "no" to the idea, and as the Nuclear
Waste Management Organization prepares to hold public "information"
meetings in New Brunswick to find out if the public thinks the "process"
proposed for determining a permanent nuclear waste dump site is "fair" and
"appropriate," Minister Keir has said "Whatever they do, I want to make
sure they do it right and that it's in the interest of Canadians, not just
New Brunswickers."

The premier and Mr. Keir were elected by New Brunswickers to look after New
Brunswick's best interests. There is no reason why the province should
"take one for Canada" on this issue. The province is simply an unsuitable
location. It is geographically small, well populated and though not without
environmental issues, still relatively environmentally healthy. To leave
the door open to nuclear waste flies in the face of the premier's own
"green" policies and initiatives.

Bureaucratic talk of "process"is misleading. It can be the best process in
the world, but it will make no difference if the outcome is unacceptable.
This is a time-honoured way to try to keep people quiet or co-opt them and
move things along until it is too late for the public to stop a project.
There is no reason for New Brunswick to play along.

These efforts also highlight the increasingly clear fact that nuclear power
(and our premier is working hard towards a second reactor even though the
first continues to be costly, its refit is well behind schedule and it will
cause power rates to rise again) is not a cost effective energy answer. The
underground waste dump is expected to cost from $16-24 billion just to
build. That massive amount must be included in any calculation on the costs
of nuclear power. And expect the cost to rise substantially by the time any
decision is made.

New Brunswickers have correctly and overwhelmingly rejected uranium mines,
even if the government hasn't. They will reject a national nuclear waste
dump too. It is time for our leaders to listen and just say "no, not here,
end of discussion" on both issues. If they don't, they can expect a rough
time in coming elections with an ever-increasingly environmentally
conscious electorate.

Liberal MLA seeks reversal of blogger's ban from N.B. legislature

Others on banned list support lifting LeBlanc prohibition

Last Updated: Monday, May 4, 2009 | 10:53 AM AT Comments13Recommend14

He is one of a handful of people banned from the assembly's grounds and now a Liberal MLA wants that prohibition lifted. (CBC)A New Brunswick Liberal MLA says it's time for the legislative assembly to lift its ban on a controversial Fredericton blogger and activist.
No one has ever been given the full details of why Charles LeBlanc was banned from the grounds of the legislature, including the lawn in front of the building, in 2006. Legislature officials say it was to ensure employees could work in a secure environment free of harassment.
LeBlanc began his blog as a crusade against Ritalin. He now uses it to write about social issues and to hurl insults at provincial politicians.
In April, he defied the prohibition and was arrested on the legislature's grounds. Police charged him with mischief and assault.
Saint John-Lancaster Liberal MLA Abel LeBlanc, who is no relation to Charles LeBlanc, said the ban should be reversed at least in part, arguing that banning the blogger from the main building is one thing, but he should have the right to protest outside the assembly and take photos.
"I don't think Charles LeBlanc did anything that drastically that he has to be barred, period. But if he's barred from in here, he should be allowed to go out there, take pictures as a blogger, like anyone else. That's my position," LeBlanc said.
The Liberal MLA said even if banning the blogger from inside the building is justifiable, it shouldn't be indefinite. And he said if Charles LeBlanc asks him to, he'll try to get the committee of MLAs that approved the ban to amend it.
The original ban was approved by the all-party legislative administration committee, which meets in secret, and was imposed by Daniel Bussières, the legislature's sergeant-at-arms.
However, not everyone agrees with the idea of allowing the blogger back in the legislature.
Most Liberal and Progressive Conservative MLAs don't question Bussières's decision, including Opposition house leader Paul Robichaud.
"Mr. Bussières is a former member of the RCMP. We have to trust him and believe in his judgment, and I'm not in a position to discuss his recommendation and his decision. And I would rather follow his recommendation than argue his recommendation because of his expertise," Robichaud said.

LeBlanc often showed up at legislature, despite ban

LeBlanc's recent arrest was probably inevitable. Despite being banned from the legislature, LeBlanc has been showing up on the grounds more often.
The blogger admits he irritates politicians but he doesn't think he should be banned for being irritating.
"The bottom line here is democracy and to start convicting people without providing the evidence? I'm sorry. I don't agree with that," LeBlanc said.
Bussières declined an interview request to discuss the criteria for banning someone from the legislature because he may have to testify when LeBlanc goes on trial.
Don Forestell, a clerk assistant, wouldn't talk about LeBlanc specifically. He said in an email that the decision to ban someone is never taken lightly and is made to ensure legislature employees have a secure, healthy workplace.
Forestell said the legislature recognizes peoples' rights to visit the building, watch debates and protest peacefully and a ban is always a last resort.

Banned minister supports LeBlanc

Geoge Feenstra, a United Church minister, is one of a handful of people banned from the New Brunswick legislature. Geoge Feenstra, a United Church minister, is one of a handful of people banned from the New Brunswick legislature. (Jacques Poitras/CBC)George Feenstra, a United Church minister, is another person who would like to see LeBlanc's ban eased.
Feenstra and LeBlanc have one thing in common, they have both run afoul of Bussières and ended up banned from the legislature.
He was a bit too theatrical one day in the legislature when a commissionaire asked him to move out of a VIP seat in the public gallery.
"At that point in time, I caught the eye of a member of the legislature on the floor who had been watching this little interaction, and I gestured with my hands, spreading them open like, 'What's going on here?'" Feenstra said.
"And I took my clown nose and put it on my nose and pointed to it and suggested, 'What kind of foolishness is this?' — in pantomine, of course — which caused the member of the legislature to give me a bit of a smile."
After he put on his red nose, Feenstra was asked to leave the legislative assembly.
A few weeks later, Feenstra said, he was just inside the main door to the building, listening to a politician talking to reporters.
"A member of security came, noticed me and told me I was not to be there. And I questioned that, in a very quiet voice, not to be obtrusive. And at that point they took hold of me and began to bodily evict me," he said.
After that, Feenstra joined LeBlanc on the legislature's banned list.
Feenstra said he doesn't agree with everything LeBlanc has to say but he should have the right to say it even if the blogger's style ruffles feathers on the province's politicians.
"It behooves those of us who are stronger in terms of our acumen and such things to listen to Charles carefully, and interpret, and perhaps carry that message forward," he said.
"Just to be aware of those marginal voices and what they're saying … to hear them and respect their point of view. His basic message seems to be there's something really, really wrong with the way we treat poor people in this province. Who knows? Charles m ay have the key to reforming social policy."
